Payment Options

1. Online Card Payments

Payments via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are processed through a secure online payment gateway. Your card information remains confidential, as all transactions are authorized directly by your bank, with no sensitive information passing through Trip3Sixty. Within approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection), your bank will issue an authorization code confirming the successful completion of your transaction.

Trip3Sixty employs the latest 128-bit encryption technology and other advanced methods to protect your credit card information. Transactions conducted on our website are secured using SSL encryption, which is the industry standard for secure online transactions. In fact, making a payment online at our site is even safer than using a credit card in physical locations, as we do not retain your credit card information.

If your payment is declined for any reason, you must provide alternative payment instructions to Trip3Sixty at least 72 hours before the departure time; otherwise, your booking may be canceled.

A service fee is charged on all domestic airline bookings. This fee is non-refundable in the event of booking cancellations.

2. Internet Banking

If you hold an account with any of the supported banks, you may pay for your order via the respective bank's net banking options. The amount will be debited directly from your account, and Trip3Sixty processes these payments via a secure online payment gateway.

Transaction Confirmation

Before taking any further action based on the website's information, please ensure that you have received a confirmation of your transaction. If the confirmation is to be sent via email, please first check your spam or junk folder in case the email was misdirected. If you still do not find it, kindly contact our call center for assistance.

Delivery of Products/Services

What is an e-Ticket?

An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless document issued to passengers with a unique confirmation number, replacing a traditional paper ticket. This confirmation number must be presented at the airline counter to claim the e-ticket.

How will I receive my e-Ticket?

Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of booking, please contact our Customer Care Representative. Trip3Sixty is not liable for non-receipt if this procedure is not followed.

Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket?

Yes, it is mandatory to carry a copy of your e-ticket as provided by Trip3Sixty. If you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, Trip3Sixty will not be responsible if the airline refuses to issue a boarding pass.

How will I get my boarding pass for an e-ticket?

At the check-in counter, show your e-ticket confirmation email along with a photo ID (passport, driver's license, etc.). The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time.

Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA)

A PTA is a Prepaid Ticket Advice, and Trip3Sixty will provide you with a PTA number to present at the airline check-in counter. The airline representative will issue your ticket based on the PTA number.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your domestic flight bookings online by logging into "My Bookings" on our website and selecting the relevant booking for cancellation. Trip3Sixty will charge a standard fee of Rs. 500 per person per sector for online cancellations.

For offline cancellations, Trip3Sixty will charge a fee of Rs. 1000 per person per sector, in addition to the airline’s own cancellation charges. For international flights, a fee of Rs. 1000 per person is charged for online cancellations and Rs. 2000 for offline cancellations, in addition to the airline’s own charges.

For rescheduling domestic flights, a fee of Rs. 500 per person per sector will apply. A no-show fee of Rs. 500 per person per sector will also apply for missed flights.

Please refer to the airline-specific amendment and cancellation policies while using Trip3Sixty services. In some cases, you may need to contact the airline directly to cancel your reservation.

Refund Policy

Refund requests for canceled or unutilized bookings must be made within 90 days from the travel date (for air tickets) or the check-in date (for hotel bookings). Any requests made after this period will be forfeited.

Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from the cancellation request. Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card. Payments made via other methods will be refunded by cheque within 30 days. Refunds are subject to processing by the respective airline or service provider.

If Trip3Sixty processes a refund to any method other than the original payment source, and this results in any claims, damages, or costs, you will be liable to indemnify Trip3Sixty.

Promotion Codes

Occasionally, Trip3Sixty may offer promotion codes that can be used as discounts on the site. We reserve the right to modify, alter, or withdraw any of the Terms and Conditions of the promotion codes without prior notice.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Trip3Sixty will be final and binding. We or our partners may contact you with offers and information about products or services that may benefit you.

Passport Information

Passport details are mandatory for booking flights to Europe, the USA, and Canada. Certain airlines also require passport information for issuing e-tickets. Airlines that require passport details include:

  • Uzbekistan Airways (requires both passport and visa details)

If you are flying to Europe, USA and Canada or with these airlines, a Trip3Sixty representative will contact you to obtain your passport details. Please ensure you have the following information ready:

  • Passport Number
  • Issuing Country
  • Date of Birth
  • Expiry Date
  • Full Name (First, Last, and Middle Name if applicable)

Visa Guidelines

Ensure you have a valid visa for your travel destination. Please check with the airline or embassy for specific visa requirements.
